Stella
At isee systems.......Widely used standard with several versions.
Powersim   Developed in Norway.  Available in English, German and Czech versions.
Simile   (was known as AME  but had a name change to Simile) free (not for long) software capable of handling complex models, but limited support, and still under development.
Anylogic
 System dynamic modeling, agent baqsed modeling and other stuff all rolled into one impressive, and expensive, package.  Get a demo.
